Three yoke type vertical clamps are installed for bundled material; in addition to the index / main / front vices.
The fixed side jaws of the index / main / front vices open slightly to allow the work with positioning/removing work piece to index without obstruction.
For easy handling, the front shuttle vise has a 250mm stroke that helps with positioning/removing work pieces.
The amplifying valve accurately controls the feed rate of the saw blade by amplifying any changes in cutting resistance resulting in the most efficient cut.
Standard shuttle vice feed length is 800mm. Optional LF Series with long feed is 2500mm stroke per feed.
The raker type chip conveyor endlessly rakes chips out while allowing most cutting fluid to drain back into the coolant tank reservoir.
